　１月19日（木）、山高タイムズ18号で紹介しました「食文化カレンダー2023」の売上金を神戸新聞厚生事業団を通じてウクライナ支援金として寄付をしました。

　食文化カレンダーは生活創造科の３年生が食文化の授業で学んできたレシピがたくさん掲載してあり、生徒たちの思いの詰まったものです。

　今回、神戸新聞に掲載して頂いた事でたくさんの方にお買い上げいただきました。

　またトクサヤ文具さんや安井書店さんの店頭にも置いていただきました。

　売上金は23,250円で、全額を寄付させていただきました。ご協力いただいた皆様、誠にありがとうございました✨

On the 19th of January 2023, the 3rd grade students of the Creative Living Course, presented a fashion show displaying the beautiful clothes they had designed and made. The students worked for a year on their projects, applying everything they had learned during their studies at Yamasaki High school, to create their visions. With strong determination the students persevered through long hours including holidays and weekends, to accomplish their goals.

There were a range of outfits displayed including Yukatas, both traditional and modern interpretations, western style dresses and casual outfits, as well as gorgeous ball gowns and wedding dresses, which the students who made them also wore.

During the project, the students received invaluable assistance from their teachers, from Kuraya Sensei who lead the projects, and with great assistance from Riyama Sensei, and Koreyasu Sensei. After the show, the student’s spoke with deep emotion for everything the teachers had done to bring their creations to fruition. With heartfelt gratitude, the students presented the teachers with bouquets of flowers as a token of their appreciation which held deeper significance as this was the last fashion show to be held at Yamasaki High School after an illustrious history.

The head of The Creative Living Course, Tatara Sensei, told them, “Nowadays you can find a lot of information on your smartphones, but I think the most valuable knowledge is what you have obtained through studying this course.” The students can take this knowledge and experience and apply it to their future success.

　１月２４日（火）１，２限に田中農園さんのトマト農園を見学させていただきました。２２メートル×９０メートルのとても大きなハウスの中で、大玉トマト、ミディトマトを栽培されています。

　ハウスの中は、３メートル以上の高さになったトマトの苗があり、トマトがぶら下がっていました。コンピューターによる環境制御がされており、温度や湿度、風量なども管理されているそうです。

　トマトの苗の仕立て方の違いや、ハチを使った受粉などとても興味深く見学することができました。

　また、加工品についても説明をしていただきました。トマトジュースやピューレ、炊き込みご飯の素を紹介していただきました。販売する商品のコンセプトや販売経路の確保など、様々な課題についても教えていただくことができました。

　今回学んだことを今後の参考にしたいと思います。

　１月２３日（月）４限に森林環境科学科、森と食科で農業クラブ第２回総会が行われました。

　２，３年生の農業クラブ役員が運営を行い、令和４年度の事業・収支の中間報告をした後、令和５年度の役員を選出しました。最後に「FFJの歌」を全員で斉唱し、総会が終了しました。

　この総会を最後の３年生の役員は引退をし、新役員に引き継がれます。新役員は先輩から激励を受けていました。

　１月２０日（金）に３年森林環境科学科の課題研究発表会が行われました。

　１年かけて班ごとに設定した課題について研究を行ってきました。森林保育作業における疲労軽減の研究や廃ほだ木の有効利用、木の香りの研究、木でつくる玩具、木育、測量、校外展示など様々な課題や作品作りに取り組んできました。思うように研究が進まず、苦労した班もありましたが、最後まであきらめず課題に取り組み発表会にたどりきました。多くの先生方や保護者の方も見に来てくださり、先生方からの質疑にも的確に応えることができていました。課題研究を通じて森林環境科学科で学んだ３年間の集大成を発揮することができたと思います。

　発表会に参加した１，２年生にも、森林環境科学としての学びを伝えることができ、とても良い発表会になりました。
