Hyogo prefectural mukonoso comprehensive high school(Welfare (Care Worker) Specialized Course of Study)


School mission
Based on the philosophy of “autonomy and independence,” we aim to develop highly motivated and talented individuals who have the ability to learn and think for themselves, the qualities needed to contribute to the continuation and development of society, and the ability to add to society.

School policy(Three policies)
Policies regarding qualities and abilities to be cultivated (Graduation Policy)
① To develop capable individuals who will become community welfare leaders that have acquired a high-level of
     specialist knowledge and skills.
② To develop capable individuals who can discover problems on their own and act proactively to solve them.
③ To develop capable individuals who strive to acquire various qualifications.
④ To develop capable individuals who have an inquisitive mind and continue to make constant efforts and take on
     challenges.
⑤ To develop capable individuals who are considerate of others and who can work together.

Policy on the Organization and Implementation of the Curriculum (Curriculum Policy)
① To set up specialized subjects aimed at obtaining national qualifications for care workers.
② To collaborate with local welfare-related organizations and engage in specialized learning through practice.
③ To introduce small group learning and engage in educational activities that respect autonomy.
④ To engage with career education and foster the acquisition the fundamentals of “nursing care technology” as to help
     each student realize “what you want to be”.
⑤ To utilize ICT to engage in collaborative learning that enhances connections with others.

Policy on Acceptance of New Students(admission policy)
① We are looking for students who have a strong interest in welfare and who are eager to learn.
② We are looking for students who will become leaders of the next generation and who have a strong desire to
     contribute to society.
③ We are looking for students who have an abundant and generous spirit, are sensitive to diversity, and who work
     tenaciously in collaboration with others.

※ School Mission
For the sake of clarifying the qualities and abilities that each prefectural high school aims to develop, the Hyogo Prefectural Board of Education, which founded the schools, indicates the significance of each prefectural high school, its expected social role, and the image that each school should aim for.

※ School Policy
Due to the partial revision of the School Education Act Enforcement Regulations, high schools are required to formulate and publish “Three Policies” that include consistent guidelines for the realization of an attractive and distinctive education for each course or course of study.
