School procedure when a safety warning is issued

If as of 7:00am, if any safety warnings of a storm, heavy rain, flood, and or heavy snow has been issued in a part or the whole of Amagasaki, Itami, Takarazuka, and or Nishinomiya, school will be suspended until further notice. If a warning is issued outside of those areas, any affected student will be treated as public absence. However if the warnings have been rescinded by 10:00am students will attend school from 1:00pm. They will have homeroom and normal afternoon lessons from 1:20pm. In the event that a warning is issued while students are still in school, it will be at the discretion of the principle whether lessons will continue to be held or not.
